The construction firm had its beginnings in 1969 under the trade name, G.O. Mansueto and Associates. In 1973, it obtained a contractor’s license from the defunct Philippine Licensing Contractors Board under a new name Simplex Construction, engaged for both government and private projects. In October of 2003, the firm specializes on Philippine seminaries, churches, convents, and religious houses catering for the architectural and engineering needs of different congregations and communities with the trade name AOM3 Builders.

AOM3 Builders still continues to get projects from the other private ectors; yet it envisions on giving quality and honest engineering and architectural support religious congregations, communities, and churches.

AOM3 Builders aims to help congregations in their planning and construction without giving them the best of what they have for their budget.
